    • The Budapest office went from 6 people to 16. I lead a team of 10 across two sites.
    • Took two products through functional safety qualification in about 3 to 4 months each: a TriCore Rust toolchain to ASIL D under ASPICE 3.1, and Picolib to ISO 26262-1:2018.
    • Ran the handover when the Prague office closed: integration, support, IDE development, part of the application tasks.
    • Built most of the team processes: Jira boards for FAE work, planning and scheduling, and a benchmark system measuring toolchain performance.
    • Represent the company at Embedded World and the Euro and US Rust events, with live demos and workshops up to 120 people.
